Summary:

Constellations Research Fellows spent the day at CSU East Bay with Divya Sitaraman and some of her lab teammates: Sunanda Surendranath, Preeti Sundaramurthi, and Yi Shen Lee. Research Fellows had an opportunity to tour the lab, anesthetize fruit flies, observe their behavior through multiple control and variable tests. After recording this behavior, Research Fellows conducted a preliminary analysis and shared results with the other teams and learned how studying fruit fly behavior can teach us more about the field of neuroscience in general.
